A GLOBAL CLASSROOM AT TEFAF 2025
For the first time, Derek Collins led a group of Museum Studies master’s students from The University of Hong Kong to TEFAF Maastricht 2025, one of the world’s most prestigious art fairs. This milestone initiative connected students with 7,000 years of global art and leading figures in the European art world.
The academic journey included visits to the Rijksmuseum, NICAS conservation labs, and major institutions in Amsterdam, creating an immersive experience at the intersection of connoisseurship, conservation, and cultural diplomacy.
